Visionary Wealth Advisors began construction on THE BLADE BUILDING in 2015 at the I-64 and Green Mount Interchange. It is a professional office building that is home to Visionary Wealth Advisors, as well as other businesses and fine dining. It is adjacent to the new Regency Conference Center & New St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Visionary Wealth Advisors chose O’Fallon to build their third headquarters in the St. Louis region because of “location, location, location.” Plans are currently underway to build a second Blade Building at the same interchange.

• Local high school hockey teams participating in the Mississippi Valley Club Hockey Association
• Capable to host regional and sectional events for hockey and ice skating, as well as a venue
to host NCAA Division II divisional and regional tournaments in basketball, hockey, volleyball and wrestling.
Anticipated that visitations to the facility will be in excess of 1,300,000 annually.
Bike Surgeon was originally founded in 1974 by Mark Robinson, internationally famous for his hospitality to cyclists on the Trans America Trail. In 2004, Jon and Emily Greenstreet purchased the shop continued to get bigger and better. By 2006 Bike Surgeon was one of the leading shops in southern Illinois and constantly looking for ways to improve and grow.
In 2009, with a focus on continued growth, the decision to relocate the shop to the Metro East area was made and in the Spring of 2017, the Bike Surgeon relocated to downtown O’Fallon. This move proved very successful for Bike Surgeon; now nationally ranked as one of the Top 100 bicycle retailers nationwide.
A strong focus on the customer experience and on building the community of riders has led to this success. Ellen Leaf-Moore and her husband, Tim Moore both have backgrounds in retailing. Ellen is an Ohio native, educated at Ohio University and Ursuline College and has a degree in opera. She worked and eventually managed her family’s Hartville, Ohio bridal business before moving to Atlanta where she was a district manager for a chain of men’s formal wear stores and then became a general manager for Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn in Atlanta. She then moved to the St. Louis area where she became general manager for Pottery Barn at Plaza Frontenac. Ellen and Tim began work on Fezziwig’s in the summer of 2007, opening the store in October of that year. Ellen heads the buying for the company in addition to directing merchandising presentation along with hiring and training all associates. When Ellen has free time, she loves cooking, entertaining, gardening and singing and spoiling Samson, their large black flat coated retriever and two cats, Nigel and Darby.
Tim is an Indiana native educated at Purdue University. Tim worked in the men’s apparel business as a buyer and store manager and then accepted a position with a men’s formal wear rental company where he moved up the ranks to hold a variety of vice-presidential positions with the company. After twenty-seven years with the company he then moved to the manufacturing side of the formal wear business with the oldest men’s formal wear manufacturer in the world. After five years with that company overseeing sales for 14 states, he became totally involved with Fezziwig’s and continues as the company’s primary investor and oversees marketing and finance for the company. Tim loves local history and preservation and working on his family’s genealogy in his free time. Tim has two grown daughters, Gretchen and Kelsey, who live in Denver, Colorado.

Starbuck’s, a Seattle-based coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts, light bites and making coffee cool again built it’s first location in O’Fallon, Illinois in 2007 on Central Park Drive in O’Fallon.
Not long after opening this location became one of the highest performing stores in the entire St. Louis region despite original projections that estimated it would perform as “average.”
