A new development is potentially headed for O’Fallon. The Shops at Richland Creek is proposed by a private developer with a long history of success across the country and a major footprint in the Nashville, TN area.

The development will include 17+ acres near Exit 16 – bordered by Green Mount Road, Frank Scott Parkway, and Central Park Drive. What today is empty land will soon be a major development filled with new places to eat, drink, and shop.

While no leases have yet been signed, in a presentation to the O’Fallon City Council the developer indicated the possibility of the following tenants :

• MOD Pizza
• Chicken Salad Chick
• Wasabi Sushi Bar

There are also spots available for other national and local retailers and eateries. However, at this time, their names are not public.
